Responsibilities and Duties Follow up on allocated delinquent accounts for collection of overdue. Visiting allocated cases and collect payments with penalties. Follow due processes as recollection channel and escalate issues to seniors. Achieve the targeted resolution in the respective buckets every month. Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports and providing proper feedback about accounts to collection manager. Maintaining cordial relationship with customers and resolving customer issues. good communication skill in local language. Smart team player and accountable for loan ownership. Attention to details.
